Nominations open for City of St. John’s ‘Building Healthy Communities Volunteer Award’

NOTE: This opportunity has expired or is an event which has already taken place.

The Building Healthy Communities Volunteer Award recognizes residents who have volunteered their time to support healthier environments in St. John’s. This volunteer Award is open toall ages and has three categories (Youth award; Community Group award; Adult/Senior award). Nominee(s) must be a resident of St. John’s. The winners will be recognized at the City of St. John’s Annual Volunteer Reception.

Nominees are considered based on how they contribute to one, or several, of the following healthy community categories:

  • Healthy Neighborhoods & People
  • Transportation
  • Social & Community Connections
  • Inclusion
  • Environment and Sustainability
  • Housing
