NEIA encouraging members to review and comment on Expert Panel report on EA processes

The Expert Panel has released its report on EA processes, and comments are being solicited until May 5th.

Following the public comment period, the Government of Canada will review the recommendations made by the Expert Panel, feedback gathered from Canadians during this comment period and input from Indigenous groups and stakeholders. This will be used to help inform and develop options for potential legislative, regulatory or policy changes.
