On February 5, Canada’s Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development, Scott Vaughan, released a report raising questions about Canada’s preparedness for a major oil spill. Join the Harris Centre for a public discussion about the oil spill risks in our offshore, and what is being done to prevent a major spill and to prepare for the worst case scenario.
The forum will feature presentations and discussion with an expert panel:
