Marine Institute consulting industry on its ‘Diploma in Marine Environmental Technology’ program

NOTE: This opportunity has expired or is an event which has already taken place.

With the first graduating class in 1998, the Marine Institute has been training students for the environmental industry for nearly 20 years. As is typical in the industry, graduates are employed in a wide variety of environmental sectors. In its effort to ensure continuous improvement of the program, the Marine Institute is inviting professionals working in the environmental industry to participate in a consultation session and provide feedback on the current Diploma in Marine Environmental Technology program.

During this consultation the Marine Institute is also requesting input on additions or changes that may be necessary to meet the needs of this expanding industry. An outline of the current course offering of this program can be found by following the link provided here: https://www.mi.mun.ca/programsandcourses/programs/marineenvironmentaltechnology/calendarentry/.

You can participate in this consultation by completing a survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/S2FKLV6.

To provide detailed feedback and to discuss other opportunities for engagement, contact Mary Pippy, Chair of Marine Environmental Technology, at 778-0396 or Mary.Pippy@mi.mun.ca.
