About Innovation Engineering:

Innovation Engineering is the world’s first reliable system for enabling anyone at any company to innovate, delivering increased speed to market (up to 6x) and decreased risk (30 to 80%). This proven system transforms innovation from a random art into a reliable, scientific system for profitable growth.

Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters, in partnership with inVision Edge, the leaders of the Canadian Innovation Engineering Network, present the Innovation Engineering Experience, a half-day, interactive session that will show you how Innovation Engineering can transform your organization.

Overview:

Led by John Ferris, CEO of inVision Edge, this hands-on session will focus on identifying and addressing a Very Important Problem (VIP) or Very Important Opportunity (VIO) in your organization. By sampling a selection of Innovation Engineering tools, leaders can very quickly learn about ways to effectively restart the business life cycle. Participants will also assess their revenue streams in an effort to open the dialogue on products and/or markets that should be examined further in terms of their current and projected profitability.

Focus:

  • Increasing the speed at which meaningfully unique ideas are created, while dramatically reducing the risk that comes with innovation.
  • Accelerating ideas for more profitable customers, markets, products, services and systems.
  • Transforming innovation from a random art into a reliable, scientific system for profitable growth.
  • Providing you and your team with a basic understanding of the Innovation Engineering system for increasing innovation speed while decreasing risk.

Benefits:

  • To obtain a pragmatic look at Innovation Engineering and learn more about this systematic, real-world approach to infusing any organization, regardless of industry, with a culture of innovation.
  • To learn about the methodology used in the Innovation Engineering process, including rapid cycles of learning and the online “IE Labs” learning community.
