Job Opportunity: Environmental Professional – LVM | Maritime Testing

Formerly Maritime Testing, our firm has now joined with LVM and is looking for an Environmental Professional to join its new St. John’s office. Reporting to the Team Leader, your main task will be to manage projects related to environmental engineering and science. You will also play a key role in the development of the new office. More specifically, you will:

Responsibilities

  • Perform project management;
  • Supervise environmental site assessments and remediation;
  • Conduct on-site investigations;
  • Perform client liaison and management;
  • Prepare proposals and write reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or in an environment related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken;
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle;
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout Newfoundland and Labrador on an occasional basis.
