Created to bolster innovation in Canada’s business sector, the BCIP helps companies bridge the pre-commercialization gap while providing federal government departments with the opportunity to access innovative solutions to operational challenges. BCIP supports Canadian businesses by procuring and testing their late stage innovative products and services within the federal government before taking them to market.
The BCIP targets innovations in five key areas: Environment; Safety and Security; Health; Enabling Technologies; and Military.
