Walmart reaches 100 on-site solar installations

“…Walmart continues to blaze forward when it comes to renewable energy projects. The company has completed its 100th solar technology installation with the addition of six stores in Colorado, integrated and managed by SolarCity. Collectively, the installations are supposed to generate roughly 3 million kilowatt-hours or electricity annually, according to Walmart and SolarCity. The installations in Colorado represent a total of 2 megawatts in solar generation capacity.”
