ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Lead Auditor Workshop (Exemplar)
November 19-23
This competency-based five day workshop under the TPECS scheme provides an explanation of the ISO 14001 requirements and the design of a functional and effective environmental management system. It explains the auditing process and audit instruments, the documentation process, how to conduct an audit, how to write the audit report and take corrective action.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Overview Workshop
December 4, January 29, February 26
This workshop will provide knowledge and an interpretation of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard. The workshop will benefit anyone working in an ISO 9000 environment, and will be especially useful for individuals who may be required to develop, maintain or audit an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Internal Auditor Workshop
December 5-6, January 30-31, February 27-28
This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the internal audit process and its application to Quality Management Systems. Special emphasis will be placed on audit planning, execution and follow-up to ensure participants gain a solid understanding of how to perform effective audits. Communication and interpersonal skills are also emphasized and integrated into the workshop where possible.

November 5-9

It explains the auditing process and audit instruments, documentation process, information on how to conduct an audit, write the audit report, take corrective action, and auditing case studies to develop skills for identifying nonconformities.

ISO 45001:2018 Health & Safety Management System Lead Auditor Workshop(Exemplar)
November 26-30
This competency-based five-day workshop under the TPECS scheme provides an explanation of the ISO 45001:2018 requirements and the design of a functional and effective safety management system. It explains the auditing process and audit instruments, the documentation process, how to conduct an audit, how to write the audit report and take corrective action. Presentation materials include real-world case studies to develop skills for auditing and identifying nonconformities. Techniques for leading auditing teams will also be discussed. Students gain knowledge through class tutorials, group exercises, role-playing, and open classroom discussions.
