REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Offshore Wind Energy Industry Services Capacity in Newfoundland and Labrador

NOTE: This opportunity has expired or is an event which has already taken place.

On behalf of the Newfoundland and Labrador Environmental Industry Association (NEIA), Stapleton Environmental Consulting is conducting research on existing capabilities within the province that could supply an offshore wind energy industry.

NEIA has identified significant similarities between the requirements for offshore wind energy development and existing business infrastructure in Newfoundland and Labrador. Your participation in this research will help inform NEIA’s future business development activities related to this growing international industry.

Such supply could include (but not be limited to):

  • engineering
  • environmental monitoring
  • training
  • manufacturing
  • geotechnical services
  • meteorological services
  • electrical systems
  • supply vessels
  • ocean technology
  • diving and underwater services.
  • etc.

If you believe your firm has products or services that are transferable to an offshore wind energy industry, we would like to hear from you. Please contact Erin Stapleton at erin.stapleton@outlook.com.

The information you provide will be used to assess capabilities on a provincial scale; your firm name will not be published in any public forum.
