We are experts in the field of environmental assessment, remediation, and management.

Clients come to us with a wide spectrum of occupational and environmental issues, such as: poor air quality; questions around the safe removal of hazardous materials; potential environmental liabilities; and, overall property and building condition.

Individually, our team members deliver a range of expertise in areas such as hazardous materials assessment, management, earth and building sciences, occupational / industrial hygiene and more.

Since 1993, we have been building a reputation as Atlantic Canada’s first choice for environmental consulting and solutions. We operate to an ISO 9001:2008 Registered Quality Management System, with locations in Dartmouth NS, Saint John NB, St. John’s, Corner Brook and Labrador City NL.

Pinchin LeBlanc provides services in: asbestos abatement and control, occupational hygiene, indoor air quality, environmental site assessment, environmental audits and contaminated site remediation. Other services include building related environmental concerns, such as hazardous building materials and microbial contamination (fungus and mold).

We assist companies in addressing environmental and occupational concerns and also provide a computerized inventory program for hazardous materials present in buildings. Pinchin LeBlanc’s strong commitment to its quality of service is illustrated though our involvement in various quality control /quality assurance programs. This voluntary involvement insures that our staff and laboratory services meet the highest standards available to the industry.
