The Office of the Vice-President (Research) is leading a review of the university’s current Intellectual Property (IP) Policy.
During consultations on its Technology Transfer and Commercialization Strategy in 2015, Memorial University received constructive feedback indicating it should revise its IP Policy and develop a creator-owned policy. A draft creator-owned policy, and associated procedures and supporting documents, can be found below.
NEIA is seeking input from its membership on these draft documents, with the intent to make a submission on behalf of the environmental sector to Memorial University for consideration. You can contact Kieran Hanley at firstname.lastname@example.org with you feedback. You input would be appreciated as soon as possible.
