FITT International Trade Research Session

NOTE: This opportunity has expired or is an event which has already taken place.

The Department of Business, Tourism, Culture, and Rural Development will be hosting a Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) – FITTskills one day training focused on the topic of International Trade Research on Friday, December 9, 2016.

This workshop will teach you how to identify and gather the information your business needs to make smart decisions about when to engage in international trade and which markets will be the most profitable. Having the right information will help you and your business avoid costly trade and investment mistakes by making the best possible decision the very first time.

The participants will be able to:

  • Plan with confidence by conducting efficient and well-planned international trade research
  • Gain information efficiently by selecting the best data collection methods
  • Expand your business by identifying the best global markets and trade opportunities for your products, through the accurate application of marketing intelligence

Seats are limited for this workshop with a registration fee of $50 + HST and participants are required to register by contacting Chris Percy at (709) 729-5632 or christopherpercy@gov.nl.ca.
