FITT International Marketing Training

NOTE: This opportunity has expired or is an event which has already taken place.

The Department of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development will be hosting a Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) – FITTskills one day training focused on the topic of International Marketing on September 20, 2016. This workshop will give an overview of the essential knowledge required to market products and services effectively globally. Participants will learn to apply the main principles of international marketing to build a company’s brand, communicate with new customers, develop a high demand for a company’s products and increase customer loyalty.

The participants will be able to:

  • Expand their companies brand into new markets
  • Stay ahead of the competition by preparing an international marketing plan and pricing strategy
  • Learn how to adapt your products and services to meet the demands of global markets

At the end of this workshop participants will be able to understand the principles of marketing, target market research, cultural considerations, adapting products and services, pricing and the key elements of an international marketing plan.
