Commercialization Consulting and Mentoring (CCM)

NOTE: This opportunity has expired or is an event which has already taken place.

The CCM Program provides financial resources for Atlantic Canada-based SMEs, universities, research institutions and other strategic partners to hire expertise to assist in the final steps toward the commercial launch of new products, technologies or processes. Successful applicants can receive up to 67% of eligible costs incurred, up to a maximum of $16,750. *Applications must be for incremental activity.

Industry associations, economic development intuitions, business support organizations and others providing services to SMEs can apply to the CCM program to support the cost of hosting a group training activity which contributes towards improving knowledge and skills of the commercialization process.

The ideal participant in a group training activity has a new product, technology, or process that is ready to go to market and achieve sales. Training topics should be focused on activities undertaken in Stage 4 or 5 of the well-recognized Stage-Gate®1 Product Innovation Process.

Access the full program guidelines at www.learnsphere.ca to learn more about the specific activities and costs that are eligible under the Commercialization Consulting and Mentoring (CCM) program or contact LearnSphere Canada at commercialization@learnsphere.ca or call (506) 452-0387.
