2013 Annual General Meeting

On March 19, 2013 the Newfoundland and Labrador Environmental Industry Association (NEIA) held its Annual General Meeting at the Holiday Inn in St. John’s, NL from 12:15pm – 2:15pm.

The AGM feature a keynote address from Hon. Tom Hedderson, Minister of Environment and Conservation, and City of St. John’s Councillor Sheilagh O’Leary as our special guest returning officer for our Board of Directors election.

NEIA will be accepting donations at the door of its Annual General Meeting for the Charlie Riggs and Cathy Macdonald Riggs Memorial Award established by AMEC Earth & Environmental. The award is given bi-annually to a student in the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, with preference to those involved in an environmental organization.
